Now open for orders, the new culinary concept combines chef-crafted food delivery offering comforting Argentine-inspired dishes made with care.
MIAMI, FL, UNITED STATES, November 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Buenos Aires-born, Miami-based chef Deborah de Corral, the former co-owner of Michelin-recognized Tigre Miami, has officially launched Dorita’s, a new culinary concept inspired by the traditional Argentine rotisería: the beloved neighborhood shop where the food is homemade, the portions are generous, and the person behind the counter knows your name.
Now accepting orders through its weekly à la carte delivery service, Dorita’s brings restaurant-quality cooking into Miami homes, with plans to open a Saturday market in Little Haiti later in the year. Rooted in Argentine food traditions and shaped by de Corral’s culinary experience, Dorita’s offers a thoughtful alternative for people who appreciate excellent food but don’t always have the time to prepare it themselves.
Under the slogan “Hecho con Ganas,” Dorita’s celebrates the pleasure of eating well without spending hours in the kitchen. The menu features Argentine-inspired dishes prepared using traditional techniques, slow cooking, and wood-fire flavors, packaged for convenience without compromising quality or taste.
From crispy milanesas and croquetas to escabeches, pantry staples, and desserts, including Tigre’s beloved Dulce de Leche Flan, Dorita’s offers a selection of dishes designed to be enjoyed at home, shared with family, or served when entertaining. Functional, oven-ready packaging makes it easy to bring a chef-crafted meal to the table with minimal preparation.
“Why save the good stuff for the weekend? I want Dorita’s to turn a regular Wednesday at home into the best dinner of your week, no reservation needed,” shares Deborah de Corral.
With a career spanning restaurants, television, music, and hospitality, Deborah de Corral has built a culinary identity defined by bold flavors, thoughtful technique, and a deeply personal approach to food.
She previously operated Tigre Miami from 2020 to 2024, earning recognition from the Michelin Guide, and more recently introduced Los Pingüinos Cantina de Barrio, a seasonal wood-fire dinner pop-up preparing to return for its third consecutive season.
Dorita’s represents her most personal culinary project to date: a love letter to the neighborhood food culture of her native Buenos Aires, reimagined for Miami and the rhythms of contemporary life.
Whether it’s a weeknight dinner, a last-minute gathering with friends, or a Saturday afternoon spent around the table, Dorita’s is built around a simple idea: good food should be part of everyday life.
