The debt view in MyAdvisorData attaches every carrier debt letter to the right producer and the right hierarchy as of the day it was sent
FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Brokers Alliance, Inc., the family-owned life and annuity marketing organization founded in 1982, has added a debt view to MyAdvisorData, its read-only data platform for partner agencies. Carrier debt notices that once arrived as letters and PDFs, forwarded by hand from one inbox to the next, are now records on the agency’s own book, attached to the producer they concern and to every hierarchy that producer sat on the day the notice was sent.
A carrier debt notice is the carrier’s own statement about a producer’s account. The agency that holds the producer’s contract needs to see it, and so does every agency above it on the hierarchy. Until now that meant a chain of forwarded e-mails, each one a chance to lose the letter, misroute it or attach it to the wrong person.
MyAdvisorData reads each notice once. One record exists per carrier, producer number and printed reference, so a later letter carrying the same reference updates that record instead of creating a duplicate; the record shows what the carrier sent, as the carrier sent it. The notice attaches to the producer by the carrier’s own producer number and to the books on that producer’s hierarchy chain as of the notice date, so a book never sees a producer who was not in its hierarchy on that day. A printed figure fills a blank balance; nothing is estimated. When two producers share a name, the notice attaches only after a person confirms the match.
An agency principal approved for the debt view sees the carrier debt notices on the book’s own producers on the debt page of app.myadvisordata.ai and through the AI assistant the agency already uses. A producer who has left the book since the notice date is shown with the date of departure; the view states what the records say and never where the producer went. Each book’s debt rows are signed when refreshed and re-verified when read, and the page fails closed rather than serve a row it cannot verify.
The debt view sends no mail. It is a surface, not a mail stream: no partner and no producer receives a message from it.
“A carrier’s debt letter used to travel from inbox to inbox until somebody remembered who it belonged to,” said David Racich, owner and CEO of Brokers Alliance. “Now it lands on the book it belongs to, on the date it was sent, and stays there.”
The debt view is available to agencies on MyAdvisorData through their Brokers Alliance relationship manager. Details at https://myadvisordata.ai.
